Great location, close to train stations and attractions like teamlab and Joypolis. Complimentary amenities provided for kids, such as toothbrushes and origami books. Comfortable beds and good heating system.
Room temperature could not be adjusted and was too hot. Staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, with easy access to Narita and Haneda airports, as well as attractions in Odaiba and Tokyo's major sights. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms offer basic amenities with a bayside view. Additionally, breakfast is included in the rate.

I loved the spacious and clean room with a beautiful view at Sotetsu. The convenience store on level 2 was a great bonus. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient for me. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

It is also just across the street from the exhibition hall, perfect for those attending events or conferences. it is well-connected to transportation options such as the monorail or JR line, making it easy to explore other parts of Tokyo. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amenities like free wifi and a foot massage machine. The staff are helpful and offer services like luggage storage and delivery.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and offered beautiful views from the 19th floor. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel facilities were great, including a ground floor cafe with an excellent menu and fantastic staff. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and always happy to help. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near two train lines and only a short walk away from shopping centers. the hotel was conveniently situated next to three stations, making it easy to explore various neighborhoods in the city.

Great location near train station and attractions like teamlab and Joypolis. Luggage delivery service available. Spacious balcony with a nice view. Wardrobe and plenty of self-care products in the lobby. Adequate for a stay in Tokyo.
